Mitsis La Vita

Wow what a great stay at Mitsi La Vita! This was my second time travelling to Rhodes and I’m so glad I booked this hotel. Great location to food, shops and Ellie beach which is a must go to! All staff were lovely, always smiling and asking if they could be of assistance in any way! To make our holiday even better, one of the staff members Vasiliki was a stand out and went above and beyond for us with her exceptional customer service on a daily basis. We were upgraded to Mitsi’s Grand Hotel which was amazing!! All the team at Mitsis La Vita were great! Will definitely return.

Every member of staff we encountered were helpful, hard working, friendly & polite. The breakfast had plenty of choices. Our room was exactly as we requested. Location was perfect with the beach and many restaurants etc within walking distance.

The staff was very warm helpful and welcoming, beginning from the airport staff. They called a taxi for us and made sure we arrived at our hotel brand. The front dest staff were all courteous welcoming and pleasant. The location is beachfront and access to the beach is very convenient from the hotel. It is also centrally located in new town and surrounded by stores, restaurants and everything you need within walking distance. The facilities are clean and cleaning staff are everywhere to make sure everything is sanitized and clean.

The hotel is amazing, the staff is really kind and helps with everything, the breakfast is really nice and the chef is really kind. Room service and cleaning everyday. The location is 10 minutes from all the main things in Rhodes. The pool in the hotel is a bit small but it’s really nice to sit outside. I recommend to take a room with a view to the beach, it’s worth the extra money.
